We combine private client draft streaming, direct-to-escrow payments with milestone splits, transparent revision feedback, and dispute auditing so you can run professional creative work with zero hassle.

1. Payment Milestones: All projects utilize a 50% upfront deposit and 50% completion payment split. Add-ons require upfront mini-invoices and remain secured in escrow until handover.

2. Platform Fees: GROG deducts a 10% platform fee upon standard project completion and final payout.

3. Cancellations: If a project is formally cancelled via administrative review, GROG retains a 25% administrative cancellation fee on current escrow funds, and the remaining 75% is distributed to the active creators based on agreed split percentages.

4. Deliverables: Final high-resolution deliverables remain locked until payment has cleared in full and a verified star review has been submitted.

Information Collected: We securely process your name, contact email, user handle, and South African banking details solely for payouts, workspace collaboration and invoicing.

Card Payments: All credit card transactions are processed off-site via Yoco. GROG never stores or logs your card details.

Media Storage: Work-in-progress drafts and deliverable assets are streamed directly through authorized Google Drive endpoints, keeping your preview drafts protected against unauthorized downloads.
